As Leadership Columbus embarked on its 50th anniversary year, Terri partnered with the Board of Trustees and staff to launch a new brand and a year-long celebration of the organization’s milestone anniversary.
During her six-month interim leadership, while a search for a new Executive Director ensued, Terri ensured critical work continued without interruption, oversaw essential organizational changes, helped shape strategies for fundraising and a celebratory anniversary event, and led the team in
crafting thorough transition briefings with the goal of positioning a new leader for success.
