As interim executive director, Terri led the museum in the wake of its long-tenured executive director’s retirement.  Working closely with the Board President and the Senior Team, Terri ensured the institution’s ongoing critical work continued without interruption.

Terri worked in close collaboration with co-consultants and the executive team of the Capital Crossroads and Discovery Special Improvement Districts in Columbus, Ohio to  design and execute a planning process that yielded an updated strategic plan.

As Executive Chair of Citizens for Columbus State, Terri led a $300 million bond issue campaign, Columbus State for a Strong Future, focused on securing the public investment necessary to modernize facilities, add technology, and create state-of-the-art education and training capabilities at the College’s 50-year old Franklin County campus.

As it prepared to celebrate its 10-year anniversary as an on-site camp for children with serious medical illnesses, Terri worked closely with the Chief Executive Officer and her senior leaders to shape a planning process that yielded Board approval of a new strategic direction. 

Terri infused energy and discipline into our planning work.  She helped us look up from the demands of our daily work to see and plan for innovative opportunities that will create a future with even more possibilities for the children we serve and those who support them.  I valued and appreciated her dedication and partnership in this transformational work.

As Interim Director, Terri partnered with the Founder and Board Chair to broker an agreement for the Columbus Museum of Art (CMA) to acquire, lead and administer the Pizzuti Collection.

After serving 14 years as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Terri has been retained to support various executive leadership transitions, and to lead select strategic initiatives.

Terri is at the top of my list of outstanding executive leaders with whom I've had the privilege of working. In addition to her thoughtful and strategic leadership abilities, she has a high tolerance for ambiguity and can take big, messy situations and make them both understandable and manageable.

As Interim CEO, Terri supported and collaborated with the Women's Fund Board to produce two major events engaging nearly 3,000 people on issues of social change for women.

During Terri's tenure as Interim CEO, major work continued uninterrupted, and new work unfolded that improved business practices....Terri's talent and skills would benefit any organization.

Matriots Education Fund

An advisory committee was engaged to explore the feasibility of a Matriots Education Fund, the mission of which would be to encourage Ohio women's leadership in support of their effective citizenship.  Terri led the 11-member committee that focused on crafting a purpose statement, seeking key partners/allies, assessing fundraising potential, and advising on a governing board structure and leadership
